Xavier Vignon and the Fondation de la mer are joining forces in order to preserve our seas and oceans!

Xavier Vignon is actively involved with the Fondation de la mer which aims to protection our marine ecosystems. The very first ‘Une bouteille à la mer’ was born in 2020 in collaboration with artist-painter Nicolas Vial.

With its strong visual identity, this organic Côtes du Rhône Village 2016 aims to raise awareness as to the importance of preserving marine spaces. For each bottle sold, 1€ will be donated to the Fondation de la mer.

12,000€ was raised in 2021.

The partnerships continues in 2022!

There are now two new organic agriculture cuvées, with labels created by fashion designer Ines de la Fressange: a Côtes du Rhône rosé 2021 and a Côtes du Rhône Villages 2019.

The ‘Fondation de la mer’ (Foundation of the Sea)

Faced with climate urgency and the deterioration of marine life, key figures from the maritime world and civil society have worked together to form the Fondation de la Mer. The Foundation now supports around a hundred committed actors who work tirelessly for the wellbeing of our oceans. The Foundation also implements its own projects which aim to protect marine diversity, fight against sea pollution, support research, encourage innovation and raise public awareness, particularly in younger generations.
