Wines are made at the foot of Mont-Ventoux, which culminates at 1912 meters. The Mediterranean climate influenced by the altitude means sunny days and cool nights. This amplitude of temperature is expressed in fresh and well-balanced wines.

60 plots in the foothills of the Mont Ventoux, most of them between 250 and 400 meters above sea level.

Vinification and aging

Vinification
Grenache and Mourvèdre are almost a hundred years old. Co-fermentation of grapes to bring complexity to the final blend.

Aging
95% in concrete tanks and 5% in one-wine french oak barrels.
