• Syrah comes from clay and limestone as well as clay alluviums 
• Grenache comes from 60+ year old vines planted on terraces of rolled pebbles

Vinification

Grenaches fermented in small concrete tanks.

Syrah fermented in tanks.

Ageing

After malolactic fermentation, Syrahs are aged in barrels of one wine during 12 months.

Mourvèdres are aged in combination of one to three years barrels.
