A look back in photos at the sophrology-tasting workshops brought to you by ‘Du Beaumes au Coeur’ and sophrologist Krystel Harre.
Objective : To awaken your senses whilst teaching you to interpret a wine differently through sophrology.
Expérience : After a few minutes of adjustment and relaxation, Krystel will ask you to touch, observe, smell and taste the wine in an idyllic setting surrounded by nature. This relaxation technique, which is applied here to the tasting of our wines, will immerse you into the colours, textures, aromas, gestures and sounds of a wine, from the moment the bottle is opened to the moment you taste the wine inside.
Duration : 1,5 hours
Location : In one of Xavier Vignon’s finest parcels (in the summer season)
