Since 1943, the only wines entitled to the Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise AOC label are those made from
white and black Muscat à petits grains grapes, harvested in the communes of Beaumes-de-Venise and
Aubignan. The result is a red, rosé or white natural sweet wine.

Vinification and aging

Vinification
Hand harvest. Low-temperature vinification. Precise mutage allows the alcoholic fermentation to be stopped, limiting the amount of residual sugar as much as possible, while preserving the natural acidity.

Aging
A large part of the Wine is aged in Wine Globe (glass container) to preserve the purity of the fruit.
