A blend of 3 vintages: 2016 - 2019 - 2020, even in Châteauneuf-du-Pape!

2016 brought salinity

2019 brought minerality and fruity notes

2020 brought freshness and sweetness

90/100 - DECANTER
"Attractive nose, soft and generous, with dried red fruits and dried flowers. Silky, pure, very fine tannins. Rich and full."

Terroir

Selection of the appellation’s main terroirs: Crau, rolled pebbles, urgonians and sands. Collection vines where different grape varieties have been planted on the same plots.

Vinification and ageing

Vinification

Hand harvest, destemmed and sorted on the vines. Minimal grape handling and no mechanical extraction to ensure diffusion of aromas.

Ageing

Different ageing methods were used for each vintage: concrete vats, demi-muid, oak barrel and foudre for about 15 months.
