The only Vignon's cuvée that brings together Northern Rhône and Southern Rhône Valley. And for more complexity, the SM cuvée is a blend of several vintages.

Terroir

The Syrahs come from 15 different plots located on sandy, granit and loess soils.

The Grenaches come from 21 different plots, on various terroirs : sand, gravel, urgonians and pebbles.

All parcels have been choose further mineral salts analysis and for the outstanding concentration they offer.

Vinification and ageing

Vinification

Hand harvesting, destemming and sorting on the plot.

Ageing 

Ageing of the Grenache in concrete tanks to preserve the fruit purity.

Ageing of the Syrah in truncated wooden vats for 20 months and 30% in one-wine barrels.
