A Côtes-du-Rhône made by adding a small percentage of reserve wines to the final blend! A final touch that softens the tannic structure and adds tertiary aromas.

Sight
Dark red, almost black.

Smell
Powerful aromas of wild berries and plums. Spicy bouquet of cinnamon and pepper.

Taste
Fruit dominates aromatic herbal and roasted notes. Ripe tannins and long finish.

Terroir

Almost 100% of the terroirs of the Southern Rhône Valley, 156 parcels located at high altitude on sand, clay and limestone soils.

Vinification and ageing

Vinification

Harvest dates are determined by daily berry tasting and systematic analysis of polyphenols in order to obtain maximum ripeness of the tannins, without them being herbaceous.

Vinification is carried out separately for each "couple" of grape varieties showing the same level of maturity.

10% reserve wine is added to the blend to soften structure and bring tertiary aromas.

Ageing

Part of the wine is aged in concrete tanks, and the rest in French oak barrels from the Allier region.
