Better known for its red and white wines, the Southern Rhône Valley has all the conditions to produce high quality rosé wines. Sun, mistral, clay and limestone soils: all ingredients gathered by Xavier Vignon to produce this organic wine.

This rosé is made from a co-fermented blend, 100% direct pressing

The bottling was done early to preserve the fruit aromas and their freshness.
