Always in search of freshness and acidity, Xavier Vignon has selected plots in high-altitude vineyards to create his Côtes du Rhône 2022, an elegant and mineral wine.

Appearance
Brilliant yellow colour with green and gold highlights

Nose
Intense aromas of yellow fruit, citrus, fresh flowers with mineral notes

Palate
Suave and generous, long saline finish with good acidity

Terroir

The selected plots are located in the North of the Vaucluse, sitting on a hillside facing the rising sun. The soils are mainly limestones.

The altitude and soils composition translate into freshness and concentration.
