White flowers, vine peach and apricot

Balanced and complex, with a nice persistence supported by a slight salinity

Terroir

The 4 terroirs, the 13 grape varieties and the Mistral wind are the three great assets of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. The pebbles, the trademark of the appellation, give back to the grapes the heat stored during the day. They contribute to a perfect ripening of the berries.

For our white Châteauneuf-du-pape, we have selected grapes from more than 40 different plots, located on the coolest terroirs of the appellation.
