A new vintage for this Southern Rhône Valley Cru!

The blend of the three emblematic terroirs of the appellation has made it possible to compose a fresh wine, with notes of spices and black fruits. The high altitude vines have brought a level of acidity uncommun in this appellation.

Sight
Black colour with ruby highlights.

Smell
Notes of ripe black fruit, crushed raspberry and spices.

Taste
Structured wine with already supple tannins, high acidity.

Terroir

A selection of parcels on 3 soils of the appellation: Triassic Marls, Terres Blanches, Terres Grises located on three different levels of altitude (from 100 to 600 metres).

Vinification and ageing

Vinification

The height amplitude has allowed all the grape varieties that make up this blend to be vinified together.

Ageing

The high altitude vines have provided sufficient acidity to allow a Burgundian type of maturation with 50% in 3-5 year old barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks.
