A wine representative of the appellation's terroir. This 2017 Beaumes de Venise is a ripe and very fragrant wine, with aromas of black fruits, tapenade, spices and garrigue. A nice acidity has been brought by the high altitude parcels. The smooth tannins give way to a freshness and a liquorice finish.

Vinification
The height amplitude has allowed all the grape varieties that make up this blend to be vinified together.
Ageing
The high altitude vines have provided sufficient acidity to allow a Burgundian type of maturation with 50% in 3-5 year old barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks.
